He is a successful entrepreneur, fintech strategist, and thought leader innovating tech and business models in the fintech industry. He is an advisor to Mission OG, a board member of Untap, ITZA, Life Plugin, the Economic Club of New York, and a member of Mavericks 1000 and Mind Valley University.

Frank V. Sica is a Partner at Tailwind Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to Tailwind, he worked at Soros Fund Management, LLC, responsible for private equity and real estate activities. He is a director of CSG Systems International, Inc., Kohl’s Corporation and Safe Bulkers. He has a BA degree in Biology from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Neil has previous experience working at venture capital firms like Plug & Play and The Seed Lab. He also consults for fintech companies with OPCO based in NYC. Neil has lived in Brazil, Italy, and India and speaks 4 languages. He graduated from Columbia University with a B.A in Financial Economics. In his free time, Neil enjoys road/mountain biking, tennis, skiing, watching Formula 1, and traveling.

A native of the Netherlands, Jan has spent several years living in Latin America. Since 2018 he has resided in Mexico City where he worked as business analyst studying industries in Mexico and the region. Since then he has fulfilled business development roles at multiple companies. He is certified in advanced data analytics and holds an MBA at EGADE Business School.

As one of the earliest employees at Uber and WeWork, Patrick was instrumental in helping both companies achieve exponential scale. At Uber, he played a pivotal role in setting up the operational infrastructure to enter 14 new markets, including Brazil and Mexico. He has worked with 15+ ventures across AI, consumer, prop-tech and health-tech, impacting growth exponentially by executing seamlessly and attracting top talent.

Sunil Wadhwa is highly experienced financial services technology leader with in-house and consultancy experience in the US and Asia. Sunil has worked for both large investment banks and small service companies and knows what it takes to be successful. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and is fluent in Japanese.

Gautam Mehta is an Indian CPA who assists multinationals across the US, Europe, and Australia in structuring their entities and establishing their operations in India. He works with clients across diversified sectors, advising them on start-up, strategic direction, transfer pricing, and direct tax matters. Additionally, Gautam provides virtual CFO services to clients.

Trish Rogers serves part-time as chief operations officer for Nucleus, primarily assisting with legal diligence, fund governance and operations. She is also currently the general counsel and chief compliance officer for an evergreen venture capital. Trish was previously an equity partner, member of the management committee, and chair of the financial institutions group at Moye White LLP and a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons).

She holds a Master of Science in Economic and Consumer Psychology. She is currently based in New York City.
